教育和工作经历

1996.9~2005.7,于中国农业大学完成本科与硕博连读

2005.7~2007.7,为华南农业大学与广东温氏食品集团联合培养博士后;

2007.7~至今,澳门新葡官网进入澳门新莆京7906not分子生物学研究中心教师;

于2013.2~2015.1为美国纽约血液中心红系发育实验室博士后。

研究综述

主要从事疾病产生的分子机理和分子靶向治疗研究,近5年尤其致力于:利用β-地中海贫血病小鼠模型,阐述红系发育与体内铁代谢调节激素hepcidin之间复杂的双向调节关系;结合细胞和小鼠实验,展开红系发育过程中关键调节分子的发掘与功能研究,并最终期望实现相关血液疾病的分子靶向治疗。相关研究结果先后发表在Haematologica、Blood等国际学术期刊,并先后于ASH、IBIS等国际会议上作口头报告。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部新教师基金及湖南省自然科学基金各一项,作为子课题负责人参与国家863项目一项。
